What do I get, and what format do the designs come in?
A:
Designs are delivered in multiple formats like jpg, png, psd, etc., depending on the package chosen. Premium has more options to receive the file in many different formats, i.e. Illustrations, PNGs 4500 x 4500px, High resolution jpgs, Enhanced detailing, etc. But with all orders you will get editable files AI/PDF/PSD etc, realistic mockups, 100% buyer satisfaction, and with the premium offering, 100% Commercial rights.

Can I get a design amended or updated later?
A:
Sure. I am always happy to help but if the changes are outside of the original contract, then it will entail you re-purchasing another package. Remember my promise - 100% customer satisfaction, so, if you are not happy with anything, tell me right away and I'll make it right. But if you leave it too long, I will be happy to help you but it may incur a charge. It's simple good practice really, and all I want to do is help you shine!

What does commercial use mean?

Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. If you have not paid for the commercial use, you cannot use the design for any of these purposes.
